Connie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Connie joined our practice in 2024, bringing her extensive expertise, passion for patient care, and a commitment to excellence. A graduate of the UMKC School of Dentistry, Connie earned her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene and has spent her career continuously enhancing her skills through advanced education and training. Over the years, she has attended the Professional Learning Center in Scottsdale, AZ, as well as numerous continuing education courses focused on periodontal therapy, adjunct medicaments, advanced chairside patient care, and patient education.
For Connie, the best part of her role as a dental hygienist is building trust and forming meaningful relationships with her patients. She treats every patient as part of the practice’s dental family, establishing rapport and friendships that last for years.
Born in Wayne, NE, and raised in Kansas City, MO, Connie developed a strong sense of community and connection that translates into her work. She values the positive, uplifting energy of her team and the passion they all share for delivering outstanding patient care. The supportive atmosphere and shared dedication to health and wellness make every day rewarding. With her warm personality, dedication to excellence, and commitment to patient health, Connie is an invaluable member of our dental team. We are thrilled to have her as part of our family!
Outside of the office, Connie is an avid runner who loves being active, whether she’s working out, spending time outdoors, or doing yard work. Her furry companions are an essential part of her life, including Lizeelu, her feisty 5-pound Yorkie with a big-dog attitude, and her snuggle-loving chocolate Schnauzers—Bitsy and Truffles.
Connie also shares her life with her partner, a successful optometrist in Overland Park, Kansas, whose dedication to improving patients’ vision inspires her daily. Together, they are committed to making a difference in the lives of others.
Jocelyne
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jocelyne joined our practice in June 2024, bringing a deep passion for patient care and a warm, approachable demeanor. With a background as a dental assistant from 2017 to 2023, Jocelyne’s hands-on experience and dedication to professional growth led her to become a registered dental hygienist.
Born in Mexico City and raised in Wichita, KS, Jocelyne’s love for connecting with people is evident in her favorite part of her job: learning from patients and listening to their stories and experiences. She is committed to helping patients achieve their dental goals while building meaningful relationships along the way. Jocelyne’s dedication to patient care, combined with her friendly personality and passion for the dental profession, make her an integral part of our team. We’re thrilled to have her as part of our dental family!
Jocelyne loves the home-like atmosphere at Lakeview Family Dental and enjoys working with her fun, energetic team. The collaborative and positive environment makes every day a pleasure, and she values the opportunity to contribute to the practice’s mission of exceptional care.
Outside of work, Jocelyne spends quality time with her family and her two lovable Pomeranians, Kiyomi and Arthur, who adore treats and car rides. Her sixth-grade son, who is intelligent, kind, and deeply empathetic, is her pride and joy. Together, they enjoy outdoor activities, movie nights, and trying new restaurants.
Ngan
Dental Assistant
Ngan joined our practice in 2024, bringing her enthusiasm for patient care and her aspiration to one day become a dentist. Born in Vietnam and raised there until the age of 12, Ngan then moved to Kansas, where she developed her passion for helping others. She holds an Associate of Arts degree and has completed specialized training in nitrous oxide administration, further enhancing her skills as a dental assistant.
For Ngan, the most rewarding part of her role is getting to know patients’ life stories and learning about their future goals, both in their dental care and personal lives. These interactions inspire her to continue pursuing her own dream of becoming a dentist.
Ngan cherishes the opportunity to help patients feel at ease in the dental chair, turning what can be a nerve-wracking experience into a positive and comfortable one. Whether it’s answering questions, sharing a laugh, or simply being a friendly face, Ngan loves making a difference in patients’ dental journeys. With her dedication to patient care and her bright outlook on life, Ngan is a valued member of our dental team. We’re excited to support her as she works toward her dream of becoming a dentist while continuing to provide exceptional care to our patients!
Outside of work, Ngan enjoys playing pickleball and tennis and exploring new coffee shops. Though she doesn’t currently have any pets, she and her significant other dream of one day raising three corgi “children”. Ngan treasures quality time with her family and feels lucky to have a supportive and adventurous partner who is her biggest cheerleader.
Brooklynn
Front Desk Coordinator
Brooklynn joined the practice in 2025. Brooklynn was born and raised in Independence, MO but recently moved to Kansas with her fiancé and their dog Daisy.
With a welcoming smile and a genuine passion for helping others, Brooklynn thrives in her role at the front desk. She enjoys being the first friendly face patients see when they walk in, making sure each visit starts off with comfort and care. Dedicated to creating a positive experience, she takes pride in building connections, answering questions, and helping patients feel at ease throughout their dental journey. Whether scheduling appointments or guiding patients through their next steps, Brooklynn finds joy in supporting both the team and the community she serves.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends, cherishing the moments that bring laughter, connection, and joy.
